In 2024, our Women’s Travel Club embarked on a summer escape to The Grand Hotel on Michigan’s Mackinac Island. The group was treated to a horse-drawn carriage tour to kick off a weekend including a sunset boat ride, horseback riding, afternoon tea, delicious dinners and bike rides with scenic Lake Huron views. Many spent time relaxing or reading on the hotel’s lake view rocking chairs of the longest front porch in the USA!
